From the moment we walked around the house we knew it was very special and would make a fabulous home for our retirement.
The house has become our home in just a few weeks. Furniture makes it come alive - everything has a place which fits and enhances our experiences. It’s so easy to live in, comfortable, stylish but very practical. Everyone who has visited has been impressed by the light, space and design. We can sit in our new garden with the mountains as a backdrop and watch Red Kites soar over us and listen to swallows chattering on our roof top.
There are fantastic facilities nearby from the excellent deli and bakery in Talgarth to the friendly local pub. The Health centre and vets have provided great service and we love visiting Hay on Wye and Brecon. The clever use of light and space enhance your experience of living in the house, the large windows keep you in touch with the weather and the sky. The dog follows the progress of the sun around the house through the day adjusting his sleeping places accordingly. The house is easy to live in and great for entertaining
